On those bad days that nothing is really wrong but you're just down for some reason. Do you have any "pick me ups" that always work, no fail? I don't really have any, but am opened to suggestions!:)

To cheer me up, I usually just go hang out with positive people. Or listen to the music. Or if it's really a bad day, I sleep. Then wake up fresh! Sometimes, I go to websites with jokes and cartoons or comic strips as well. There are actually a lot of ways to cheer yourself up. But first, you have to determine how low you feel that day. If it's worst, hmm.. I suggest you'd to a psychiatrist. *LOL*

Most days that I feel blue, I surf for freebies on the Internet. Nothing feels better than snagging $30 in free cosmetics just for being in the right place at the right time. I've gotten tons of free stuff online. Saves lots of money too. When I'm feeling down, lots of times I take a warm bath and chill out while watching the Simple Life with Paris Hilton. That's my form of vegetating. Hope that will help you feel better.

Hey where do find all this free stuff? Usually all the "free" stuff I find you have to sign up for "3 silver, 3 gold and 3 bronze whatever's" Grr! Oh well, I've never been a good bargain shopper either!

I have two systems I guess it depends what has happened to bring me down, sometimes I prefer to just lock myself away and just do whatever I want in my little world or I pick myself up and go shopping and having my favourite lunch McDonalds and then maybe go visit a friend, I think shopping is the key to a quick pick up...

Well, I don't much like shopping but if there is something I am looking for specifically and I find it then shopping is a lot of fun! :) I've found that McDonald's is much better in other countries! Especially their McFlurries...that would be a good pick me up! :)

My children give me so much inspiration and they are the ones who cheer me up.
