Is Hypnosis easy to do???

Lots of people are hypnotized without even knowing about it. One form is called power of suggestion, another is peer pressure. You do not have to be in a sleep like trance to be hypnotized as some might think. I have even hypnotize people over the phone. If some teachers could sue their abilities (off making students sleep) then they could be better teachers. What I would tell any one how to practice self hypnosis is to go to a hypnotist that you trust and have him/her hypnotize you and give you the post hypnotic suggestion to be able to self hypnotize your self. As far as hypnotizing other people you should have some psychology training to be able to know when something is happening. I have only been practicing hypnosis for a little over 49 years.

I've heard many people who know how to hyptontise... I think it's very hard to do that, you must be very experienced and very convincent :|.
