His first step when he was in the senate house was to continue to impeached GMA. Is that the senator we like to be in position of? No wonder you might feel regret in voting him.

Nah. He'll get off jail. Gringo has done it many times, as well as Misuari. It's not about the law anymore, but the political implications. Trillanes was voted by the Filipino people, that would at least count for something. I myself didn't vote for him, because I really can't take it that someone can get off jail by running in office. But it has been done, and the system has proved useless from preventing them to happen over and over again.

You ask the people who vote him, they are the one who put this guy in the senate. He can do without being a rebel soldier, now what happen to his companion and the family of each Oakwood mutinee?

I don't really think that the government would just release him after he won. I think they will pursue more the rebellion case after him. But I do hope that he can found a way to attend the senate and his responsibility as a senator.

Well.. he's still in jail and is planning to do his job there and attend to senate during sessions then go back to jail. He is requesting the court to allow him to put up some computers and internet connection so that he can do his work more efficiently. He is now in the process of finalizing some laws that would benefit the majority. One of which is the wage law which will make the workers happy if passed. If you're thinking about the jail like the one you saw on tv or the city jail, it's far from that. it's more a custodial jail wherein they can move around, watch tv, play basketball, badminton and it looks like a row of houses inside a compound. Surely, there's a typical pinoy saying that goes..pag gusto me paraan, pag ayaw, me dahilan.

I doubt na hahayaan nila na makalaya si trillanes... due to some reasons: 1. He is considered as a threat to national security 2. They have cited the case of Jalosjos wherein, he (jalosjos) can't be realesed even though he need to attend the congressional sessions. 3. Trillanes case were filed for military actions (insubbordination) and civilian actions ( inciting and/or rebellion). In the case of Jalosjos eh hindi pa naman convicted si trillanes of such charges kaya baka pwede makalusot... But I doubt na makakalaya yan kasi kung makakalaya yan eh sampal sa administration yan... kaya siguro gagawa ang administration na hindi maka-alis si Trillanes... Hehehe! yan ang opinion ko ah! lolz
