What makes you sleepy?

Well i ask this because i always fall asleep when my husband talk a lot. He start to talk and then a little while i feel sleepy and i cant help it my eyes will going to close. My husband said her mother have a problem of sleeping. He said if he will talk and talk to his mother her mother also fall asleep. Myself i am sleepy when somebody talk alot and when i read a book or something. I cant help it but its me. Hmmmm... Thanks for sharing!

It's nice that a husband is talkative. Do you know how many wives complain about their husbands because they don't want to talk to them?:)
I think the work and my little child make me sleepy. After a whole day's work, I feel so tired. And when I am home, my child keeps me busy and I feel tired. I wonder why children are always so energetic:)

It makes me sleepy when i hear my professor talk for about 2 hours. She seem so boring. I am also feel sleepy when i sleep very late at night and woke up very early in the morning and i feel very sleepy at work. And when i hear lullaby songs and when it rains..hehe

Yes even i do feelsleepwhilereading but thank god not when my husband talks to me. I dont know wht he feelswhen i talk to him as i talk a lot......

If I am not doing anything I will fall asleep. One of the reasons why I am on the computer all the time, and multi-tasking. I am usually doing more than one thing on the computer, or reading while I am waiting for stuff to download. I have actually fallen asleep at my desk.
I have fibromyalgia which means I do not get into deep Stage IV Restorative sleep. So I may sleep all night, but it won't be a deep sleep so I am always tired. That is why I have to keep busy. So if I decide to sit and watch TV, I will most likely fall asleep no matter what time of day it is.
My husband doesn't talk on and on. He rarely talks. Actually, he falls asleep before I do. It would be my talking that would put him to sleep. I have to smack him when I am talking to him and see his eyes slowly closing. How rude! LOL!

I will sleep if there is a boring movie on the tv. Other than that if I am very tired and I thought about resting for a while on the bed, I would end up sleeping.

I have a problem in sleeping too thats why when I go to bed I make it sure that my eyes are really falling down to sleep. I do spent manny hours in mylot so that my eyes will get tired and I can get easily sleep. Sometimes I read and I play cards just to make me sleepy.
