How Fast Does It Take You To Get To Sleep

When I was young I used to watch my dad sit back in his recliner and zonk out. In no time he was asleep. All he had to do was close his eyes. I can't do that at all. As soon as I lay down everything that every happened that day..small or big..comes running through my mind. And I can't stop it. My brain will not quit. My husband tells me to just clear my mind. I can't do it. As soon as I try something pops in..which makes me think or something else...which makes me think of that one thing...that causes that other thing to pop up. There is no end. I'm lucky if I don't get to sleep a half hour after I lay down.

A very simple technique for me to teach you. Simply roll your eyes upwards when you slp and you will KO in no time. When you roll your eyes upwards you are simply accessing your subconscious mind.

well, it depends on how tired I am, like sometimes I don't really feel how I slept, it just happenes by it self! the next thing I find is me lyin down and sleeping! soem other times when I'm worried or thinking about something! it takes me hours and hours trying to sleep!! and sometimes I don't sleeep at all!!

have you thought of journaling your thoughts? Sometimes that is a way to sort out your daily thoughts.
