Yeah my a lot of workloads in the office make me feel stress but I can still manage it. I just relax, drink lots of water and take a deep breath when I feel it. I also take with me a stress ball to relieve it. Try it it may also works for you.

Whenever i get upset ot worry it really gets me stressed out.I get headaches also.I try not worry about little things anymore because i will get really stressed out.For your headaches drink water and gatorade it really helped me.I got those tips from my discussion. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1101321.aspx
