When your bored what do you usually do?

Yup i mostly do that! err just not the visit family/friend part. :) When Im bored or feeling a bit down, I usually go to internet cafes and play my fav online games along with my buddies, but sometimes by myself. It kinda picks me up when Im doin' my fav pastime but have you ever encoutered that the thing that should supposedly 'picks' you up when you down or bored sometimes does more harm that good? :)
