Quitting the job.....

Don't you hate it when you are stressed out by your job yet you know you have to keep it until you find another one because you need the money. Yet it always seems to work out the more you want to find another job the more your boss drives you insane. I had one of those days today. Someone who was a hardworker got fired and a person who is lazy and sucks up to my boss yet never does her work is still working there. Does anyone else see favortism like this in their workplace? And doesnt it drive nuts!!!???
