What would have happened to the beast if beauty hadnt appeared?

I have been wondering and asking that question to myself after watching the movie. I have watched it many times and still didnt have an decent answer.He would have stayed a beast forever and he could have died a sad person. But thank God there came beauty to save the day.
Have you thought of this?
Do you have an ending if beauty hadnt showed herself?

if beauty hadnt appeared there would be no "Beauty and the Beast". hehehe..
seriously, the story would have had a different title. ive seen this movie a long time ago and it was great. i love the story. aside from lion king, i consider it as part of my most wanted cartoon movie ever.

if beauty did not showed,maybe God had other plans..we jst do not know what it is,but all i am sure of is God had always better plans for us, it just depends on the choices we made,that make our lives miserable..we can be happy by the choice we make also.

if beauty had not come, then i guess it will be a different story already. the title will be the beast and his punishment. perhaps beauty came because in time the beast learned to change and become a good person. beauty is his reward.

Yes, its would be a different story, it could ended a tragic one. But may be the writer would make another way to bring him back to his original self.
