Does anyone know of any web design companies that hire people who are just starting out in the web design industry? How would you go about applying for that job without experience? What kinds of ideas do you suggest for examples? templates? banners? graphics? photographs? etc. Are there any web designers out there that work for a web design company that knows what i mean? Can anyone give me advice? Please help!!! Id really appreciate it. Thank you!!!
