bad experiences in mylot

Have you experienced:
1. You owned the idea, the article, someone copied it, and you are the one reported as abuser... and you are the one being banned from mylot.
2. You owned the idea, the article and photos but happens to be in some of your websites and you are reported as abuser/user of properties not your own.
