i think i just sleep less than 8 hours or 5 hours less, so when sum up then maybe 1/4 of my life is in bed, i think i really should change my sleeping habit, or lifestyle, cause what i notice is that i feel very tired after but still sleeping is hard, cause i have to do this and that, whoa!!, How 'bout you more than 1/3 or less? i sleep much less than normal people like you do, but i think it won't be necessary to indulge yourself in sleeping and it is more than necessary. so one third is too much for me and life is short and the time is we can't afford to waste. we should cherish our waking time and work more!

It is conventional to have an eight hour rest. Not that we should sleep all the eight hours. We should take rest. That rest includes sleep. I am very irregular in my sleeping habbit. Inspite of the irregularities I estimate an average daily sleep of five hours. It is less than 1/4 of the day. I feel convenient with that. There is no meaning in working to make money risking our health. Don't forget that health is wealth. But unfortunately in the highly competitive world of today more and more people elect to risk their health by working in excess. So mom don't reduce the sleep you now enjoy, ok?

yeah i will, but i cannot help myself to work since money is really in need cause a college and a HS graduating student are my siblings, so really i have to have good income or not just good, but i will really take in consideration my health too, but i think and i may conclude that my kids first then myself, i think all mothers there or most of them are really having this thinking since all they are working for are for their kids, thus their kids are their life, thanks abroji, even if in this very conventional world we really have to really take good care of our body and our habits, thanks, i will try my very best to do it, you too, !!^^
