What comes to my mind is that I wish I had the resources to do it. I tried to get into investing. I had a few missed opportunites. I just couldn't get it done. I admire and somewhat envy those who have been able to succeed at it. Not envy in a bad way, I just think it's a great way to live and I wish I could do the same.

It comes to my mind firstly that real estate needs a lot of money.heehee. I think real estate investment is a relative safe invesment, comparing with stocks and other high-risk investment.

When I think of real estate investment I think of my future. For about 5 years I have always wanted to start flipping houses, but thought I would never be able to do it because of the lack of money. But about a month ago I attened a real estate investment workshop. And the whole idea on this is to invest in real estate using non of your own money. So I can do that. I'm just at the beginning stages. I haven't bought a property yet. But I feel that it will happen soon...Real Estate Investing my chance of being able to live my own life as I want to. And No more 8-4 jobs monday thru friday. I can't wait till I make enough money that I will be able to quite my own job. And with what I make a year, I should be able to make flipping only 1 or 2 a year!!

Good for you. I wish you the best with your new adventure. Before you start your journey, check with your tax consultant to see how much tax you have to pay if you flip the property before one year. CHeck with the regulation what you need to do if you are holding more than 4 properties? because as far as I know in California, if you are holding more than 4 properties then you will be considered as property dealer and the tax will be applied differently and you might have t be certified to do it. Just for your information.
