What are some activities that my four year old cousin can participate?

My little cousin stays at home with me since march. Her mother works all they long. I also work, but I have a person that can take care of him for us. I feel he is a little sad, he watchs tv all day long, and rarely does something else. What activities he can participate? Any suggestion?

Hey, come on, give your little cousin a life! Give him a Bike, and teach him how to use it... He'll feel much more happier. Teach him how to fly Kites, as well! And why not giving him a ball and playing with him for a little while? Hey, come on, he is 4 years old, he has lots of imagination! Read a comic book to him, some Comic Book for children! Give him a paper and a pencil, and watch him make some mess, I'm sure he'll appreciate. There are so many things you can allow him to do!

maybe cooking, baking cakes is good kids love to help mix the mixture, dressing up and playing games, colouring books and crayons are good, also if you get paper with patterns on that they can colour in and cut out with small scissors, as this can help them with their hand eye co-ordination skills, hope this few idea have been good and useful.
