My brother is married to a Thai girl and they invite us quite often. In the beginning it was very strange but now we are hooked! She makes us 5 dozen spring rolls every month and they are absolutely Divine!

An old friend of mine took me to a Thai food resturant once. We had some kind of chicken wanton soup or something like that. It was good, but it was not a place that I would go to on my own. It was just to different for me.

I think you are referring to tom yum, a soup mixed with a lot of spices where you can flavor it with seafood, pork or fish. It really is tasty, one of my favorites too!I'm just lucky because I live here in Thailand, I get to eat Thai food as often as I want.

I love Thai food. From spring rolls to tom yum goon and pad Thai and curry! Thai food has rich flavor and very unique. For the tom yum goon soup, it has lemongrass which gives it flavor.

hi yeah i have tasted thai food-and i havent eaten it anywhere outside-i have cooked it myself-i wont say it was the tastiest in the world-but quite satisfactory for a beginner.here;s the recipe. 1. Chicken curry with coconut Ingredients: 600 gm chicken fillet, 400 ml coconut milk, 100 ml water, 1 tsp chilli paste, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, basil, 1 fresh red chilli. Method: Slice chicken and chilli. Heat coconut milk, water and chilli paste in a pot and add chicken. Simmer for five minutes until chicken is tender. Add fish sauce, sugar and the fresh red chilli. Decorate with basil and serve with rice. 2. Shrimp curry with pineapple Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp red curry paste, 400 ml coconut milk, 300 gm canned pineapple pieces, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 200 gm shrimps. Method: Dice pineapple, wash shrimps. Add coconut milk and pineapple and stir well. Stir in sugar and fish sauce. Add shrimp and bring the curry to boil for three minutes. 3. Squid with rice and noodles Ingredients: 300 gm noodles, 500 gm broccoli, 500 gm squid tubes, 1 large onion, 3 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sugar. Method: In a pot bring water to boil and cook the noodles for five minutes. Wash with cold water and drain well. Cut broccoli into pieces and cook in a pot with some water and salt until tender. Drain well, wash and drain squid tubes. Score in a crosshatch pattern and cut into 2 cm square pieces. Peel onions and dice. Heat oil in a wok or a pan and add squid and onions. Stir fry for two minutes. Add broccoli and stir. Add noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until hot. 4.Fried Rice With Tomatoes Ingredients: 2 onions, 3 spring onions, 3 tomatoes, 300 gm rice, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar. Method: In a pot bring water to boil and add rice. Cook for 10 minutes and pour off the water. Let rice cool down. Dice onions and tomatoes, cut spring onions into 2 cm long pieces. Heat oil in a wok or a pan and add onions. Stir fry onions until golden. Add spring onions and tomatoes and stir fry. Stir in rice and heat Season with fish sauce, ketchup and sugar.

Yes I have tasted Thai Food many many times. I don't really fancy Thai food. Thai food is something I won't order it by myself. Eating thai food happens mostly when we go out as a big family for a family dinner. Because grandma likes thai food - the chilli and the tom yams.
