Ronaldo can win a match single handedly, but then again i guess rooney can they do it different ways.
Like against fulham, when it was 1-1 in last min, utd played crap, but ronaldo ran the whole length of the pitch with the ball before scoring to win us the match, and i guess the title

Both have their strong points but based on this season alone Id go for Ronaldo

i would like to vote for Rooney, because he could be on duty for MU more longer than CR would doing , i guess...

wayne and ronaldo are both great players. both are immensely talented and have a bright future and could help man utd to greater glories.
people love rooney because that he is a english player and also he is to at man utd longer while ronaldo has said that he'll like to play in the la liga one day if the opportunity comes by. thats why man utd fans love rooney more even if ronaldo played well last season won them the cup last season.
