Hello coldblooded4, I have three advices for you and it willwork if you can make it work.Advice No1:You must see the film/movie "A Beautiful Mind" by RussellCrowe.This is a real story based on the Nobel award winner John Forbes Nash's life who was also diagnosed the same as yours,his struggling period , overcoming from that situation and getting success. AdviceNo2,If you have problem in meeting with people face to face, then spent on Chatting on messengers like yahoo, msn etc as much time you can.Mylot is also a very nice place to share your thoughts, views and opinions.AdviceNo3 discuss medicine names, doses only with your doctor and not with anybody in mylot unless he/she claims himself/herself a doctor,cause medicinal names/compositions/doses ,varies from patient to patient according the constitution,symptoms and severity of each case,and a wrong medicine can do you harm instead of making any good. Your doctor is your best friend regarding the selection of medicines,discuss with him.I am sure if you follow my advices you will improve in very short time.
