pork steak

I bought a meat package from my local grocer and there are three packages of pork steak in it. I have never bought or used pork steak before, and I have been looking at some recipes but I am not sure of which one to try. The meat seems to be really fatty, and I thought maybe it would cook down if I found a slow cooker recipe for it. Does anyone have a good recipe to use pork steak? If so, could you share it with me? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, I thought about doing this, but it just looks like it is fatty throughout, so I wasn't sure. I guess I will have to try it!

I use pork steak to doctor up spaghetti sauce from a jar. I normally make my own sauce but when I'm lazy I take one jar of Classico Four Cheese sauce, one can of tomato sauce, and a bit of water and stick it in my crock pot. Then I sear the steak in a cast iron pan and put it in with the sauce and cook it for a few hours on medium. I remove it from the sauce and pour the sauce over freshly boiled pasta. It tastes soooooo good and just like my homemade sauce without all the work.
