"Don't let me catch you runnin your mouth again or so help me I'll slap the black offa you" - I remember hearing this DAILY. What's a bit of wisdom or chastisement your mother frequently told you?

My favorite is "It'll all come out in the wash" (i.e. don't worry about it, it'll blow over, it'll work out.) She was right, most of the time, things "come out in the wash." :-)
