Who do you think is the most important founder of America?

I know this is a hard question because there are so many people who founded this amazing country. I just wanted to know what everyone thought on this wonderful holiday that celebrates this great nation. I think that George Washington is probably the person for me.

I pick Thomas Jefferson because so many of our principles of freedom and systems of government came from him. His ideas truely form the framework of our system and his philosophy on freedom set us on a course that has changed the world.
