The sci-fi adventure "Transformers" had a unprecedented Tuesday haul of $27.4 million in its official debut, beating a record of $15.7 million set last year by "Pirates Of The Caribbean";Dead Man's Chest...
Directed by Michael Bay and based on the Hasbro toys that debuted in the 1980's "Transformers" chronicles a war between two factions of giant shape-shifting robots that bring their battle to earth. The human cast costarring alongside the computer-generated robots includes Shia LeBeouf, Tyrese Gibson, Jon Voight, Josh Duhamel and John Turturro.

hi lonelyemptyisland i would prefer the cartoon version (lol). I was i think in high school when it debuted to televisions and it was cool that time. On the current movie, my brother told me they only have very few robots for the 2 factions, 5 for the autobots and 8 for the decepticons. I wish they'd completed the cast, including the insecticons, constructicons, dynabots, and other robots such as OMEGA SUPREME, BRUTUCUS and many more :)
