I'm 100lbs overweight with type 2 obesity diabetes, high cholesterol and asthma... doctor says that if I lose weight the diabetes may go away... I don't really have time to go to a gym and I cannot afford fancy diet foods.... if anyone has an hints, tips, trick or realistic nutrician and/or diet plans please let me know

A friend of mine went to Weight Watchers and lost over a hundred pounds. He just walked 30 minutes every day and definitely changed his eating habits. Good luck.

Do they have a diet for diabetics? And doesn't weight watchers cost money?

I am not sure if they have a diet for that. You could check it out. It cost me about $15 a month for their service. I found it to be so helpful.

I looked it up and here without the products it will cost me $60/month just to go to meetings

The only way you will lose weight is by eating less food than your body needs, so that you burn up the stores of fat in your body. You need to reduce your daily diet intake of calories so that you are tacking in less energy than your body needs. Your body will make up the difference by using up the fat stored in your body and you will lose weight. A dietition will be able to give you specific advice about this. As you don't think for fancy diet foods, you may try the following. Do not follow a diet which low in carbohydrate; you should include some bread or potato or pasta or rice or breakfast cereals at each meal. A high carbohydrate / low fat diet is particularly suitable for loosing weight as it contains plenty of bulk and so you are less likely to feel hungry. Low calorie 'diet' foods and drinks can be usefully includd in diet plan.

I cannot reduce my food intake or calorie intake due to diabetes but thanx anyways

Try power walking or just walking. Or when you are in front of the TV, you can just walk on the spot during commercial breaks. THere is no quick way of loosing weight which I desperately tried and failed terribly. Hence, the only way is to excercise.
