How did your children do for the firework show? Did they enjoy it? Did you?

Just wondering how other people did for the firework show. My younger daughter (11 months) saw about half of it and really enjoyed it. She was smiling. She slept through the rest because it was a few hours after her bedtime. My older daughter (3.5 yrs.) was running around like crazy and we could not get her to watch more than 1/4 of it. I think she thought that we could just go see them any night we wanted and that she would not really be missing out. She did enjoy the ones that she saw though.

Mine is 2 and it's his first fireworks display. He sat in his stroller the entire time and REALLY enjoyed the whole 20 minutes display. When it was over, he asked me for more!! LOL!!

Mine are 10 and 8 years old. They watched for about 15 minutes then they came in and put in a movie, LOL. I reckon they are in a stage where those things just aren't impressive like they use to be. Now hubby and me stood on the porch and Ood and Awed the whole time :oD

The first time when my son saw the firework, at that time he was about two years old. He felt happy and clapped his hands to it. He also applauses when he watches the show of America's Funniest Homevideos.
