One of the most famous and untiring statemen during the period of World War 2, Winston Churchill was instrumental in the defeat of the rapidly expanding power of the Nazi Germany under the influence and leadership of Adolf Hitler. Pushed to the corner by heavily criticizing the appeasement policy of Prime Minister Chamberlain, he was even considered as war mongering. But when Britain realized that Hitler had no plan of ever honoring his signed notes, the country called upon Mr. Churchill to led the nation in war. Today, let us all remember the man who changed history. Here is what he said: “ A pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. A n optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.”
