There are now some studies linking the power of the dark chocolate for healthy heart and lower blood pressure. It is found out that dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants even higher than some fruits like mangosteen, acai, noni, goji and pomegranate. But the downside of this good news is that it must be limited to only 30 calories just equivalent to a little more than one Hershey's Kiss. But if you are serious to gain the benefits of dark chocolate, you are advised to look for the new liquid supplement in the market using chocolate and acai as main ingredients, with no sugar added just natural, unpasteurized dark chocolates. Look for it in the internet. Unlimited quantities of chocolate won't work, because "the potential blood pressure reduction contributed by the flavanols could be offset by the high sugar, fat and calorie intake with the cocoa products." So there, eat some chocolate today for better health.
