My parents paid for all of my college costs. The amount was a lot. My dad always told me to study hard, meanwhile he would work hard. So when I had a chance to go to the university, at least he could pay for it. I am so thankful for my parents. They have sacrificed a lot for me.

I was very lucky when I went to college. It was back in the years when we had a Prime Minister who believed in education for all. Access to college or universities was based entirely on ones year 12 results, not on ones ability to pay (via their parents or themselves).
So, I got into college & university based on my results. The Government gave me money to help me with my living costs. The actual courses were free.
I had to leave home to attend college, so they Government sent me money every fortnight.
My parents did help with living costs as well.

My parents really worked hard to get me to college and finished my studies. Though I know how hard it is for them financially, they had me in college and pay all the incurred expenses. I'm very much thankful for them for this very good treasure that they had given me.
