How was your 4th of July?

Mine was great. We cooked about 15 lbs of chicken, 20 hamburgers, 5 lbs of shrimp, some mashed potatos, mac and cheese, and baked beans. We had a lot of our friends over, shot fireworks, and had a great time!

Mine was good we had grilled ribs, pototo salad and green beans. There weren't that many of us 4 adults and 2 childern. It rained all day yesterday so I didn't see the fireworks myself.

Sounds like you all had a blast and had a lot of good stuff to eat. We went to my mom's and had lunch and the kids played for awhile and we lounged around. Went to go watch the fireworks later that night but they were cancelled until tonight. But we did get to watch some other fireworks while we were waiting for the park to do theres. Hopefully we'll be able to watch them tonight.

Wow, that sounds like a lot of food that you had there. I wish I was invited. We did not do much at all. We were heading back home from my daughter's birthday. But, we did see fireworks when we drove by downtown.
