Paper or plastic??

We're encouraged to substitute plastic with paper but are you willing to do it?? Which one do you prefer to use? If you choose plastic, has it ever occur to you what will become of our Earth if she is overwhelmed by plastic which is non-biodegradable which means it will never decay?? Can you give me your opinions?
