Which place is the best?

I study in London wayback in the sixties which I found was a nice country.Now London is so Polluted with different races and cultures.I have not been to the states,but I do like canada which i intend to visit in the near future.I was in Vancouver but would like to cover other areas I have not visited. My dream is to visit Hawaii by the grace of God
