will or not ? can i eat pizza if I am on diet ?

Yes you can eat pizza if you are on a diet. I am on a diet and I eat pizza(BUT not often)! Here are some things to consider: ~Eat it responsibly. Don't eat pizza all the time, but you CAN have it. Have pizza every once and away, don't order it all the time. Self control big factor here! :) ~If there is a lot of oil on the pizza just pat it off with a napkin, the oil contains a lot of fat and that will help in that area. ~If you order pizza, ask them to put LIGHT sauce on it. This, again, will help with the fat issue. ~If you have left overs just try to have 1 slice a day, either one for lunch or breakfast. The day you order it limit yourself to two slices. ~Drinking water with pizza instead of soda or any other drink will help keep your healthier!

Oh, and just a quick thing. Don't forget to exercise! If it is hard for your to exercise a lot than walk on a treadmil...you don't have to RUN to lose weight and stay healthy. And if you just keep to a walking speed then you could do it for quite a while!

I would not eat pizza if I'm on a diet. I can't just eat one slice. 3-4 slices of pizza can't be good for a diet. Then you have to consider the items on the pizza not to mention the oil and fat.

it will make you fat if you eat so much. if you eat a bit at day it would be ok, I think would be if you don't make any sport and on the kind of pizza that you are eating some have a lot of calories.

Eating pizza will not make you fat. What makes you fat is eating many more calories than you use. So, you could have pizza, you just need to have small amounts because most pizzas have lots of calories.

Pizza won't make you fat. And you can always eat vegie pizza. Or pizza with a lil bit of cheese on it. NO extra cheese.

Well, you can eat pizza but limit yourself. You have to know your body and if you're overweight then you need to exercise more often and eat less calories. Pizza itself is good for you because you're getting dairy products and other food that your body needs. However, like with most other foods, too much can be a bad thing.

I don't think one should eat junk food esp. when one is on diet. Moreover i don't think should be on diet as eating well balanced diet in small quantities throughout the day works better as it increases one's metabolism and burns more calories. Moreover pizzas are not good for health too and add empty calories which will require lot of workout the burn off the extra flab.

You can eat pizza if you are on diet. Actually you can eat anything you want, even if you are on a slimming program. But you have to control the quantities you are taking. never over eat because that's where the problem will begin. You will not get fat if you just eat a slice of pizza.

Well ofcause it is not slim food. But i went to Italy for 14 days last year, i ate pizza 12 of those days and i lost 2 kg.

I am thinking pizza on a diet might not be such a good idea. Even the 'diet' ones will still have major carbs in the bread. The cheeses and meats are loaded with fats and calories as well.

I haven't tried to eat pizza when I'm on diet . I think I'll get fat fastly. But I think it depends on your body , so you can try a bit :) Me , just a bit of pizza can make me gain pounds easily T_____T I love pizza and this is so hard

Try eating pizza that is loaded with veggies and meat and find a pizza company that does not use so much grease.

Definitely it won't make you fat unless you over intake. Just make sure that if you're eating a very high in calorie slice like those meatlover ones, that you only have 1 slice and accompany that with a nice big juicy salad. This salad will fill you up and you'll be satisfied with just that one slice. If you're having just cheese on your slice, you can double up on the slices, but again, accompany it with a salad. For dessert, a nice fruit cup. I mean, I got to admit, when I was Prego, I ate almost a large pizza on my own and sufferred the consequences :) but my babies where happy indeed...., now I have my slices and they don't make me fat, as long as I'm moderating my intakes. you can eat pizza even when you are in diet...just always keep track on the calories you eat for the day and make limitations on soda and any sweet tooth that's high in sugar and fats. better enjoy a garden salad pizza toppings like pineapple, bell pepper, olives, mushrooms, white onions, cucumber and low fat cheese with little drizzle of lite ranch dressing.

Pizza containes protein, vegetables and some thing like bread. My understand, if you eat the suitable quantity from pizza, it doesn't matter as far as you can calculate its calory contain.

I love pizzas like New york pizza, Hawaiian, Pepperonni, cheese volcano, etc. Though it tastes good, try to exercise like walking or threadmill. Of couse it is better if you can exercise regularly. And also, if you want to eat those yummy pizzas and you are on diet, try to intake a small part only. Not as many as you have in the table. Gee! How about forgetting the diet first? hehehehe... Just kidding!

Sure. Pizza has so much carbohydrates which if you seldom excercise, they will become fats. I also try to cut down on carbo but being an Asian, I cannot go without rice hence, I am still maintaining at the same weight. I need to cut say 15 kgs.

pizza is the best food!!! i eat pizza on sunday's.... i think this get me a little bit fat =) but pizza is pizza ^^
