Calling all Website builders/ Computer Geeks- I NEED UR HELP!!!

Ok,My webhosts are www.dreamhost.com. I just built my website using microsoft publisher 2003 and whenever I try to upload it to my website by publishing to the web, Microsoft publisher tells me that there is a fire wall/proxy setting issue that is not allowing me to connect. I have tripple checked them all and even turned off the firewall with no luck. Now I have done this 3 times before and all was fine, but as to why this is happening now?? I dont know. I keep telling dreamhost that the problem is at their end and they keep telling me it is not. So I need to know where is the problem and How do I upload my website so that all the pages and images and hyperlinks would work if not through microsoft publisher?
