anyone know where to get a free unlocked cell phone?

My mom made me get a a cingualr phone and as u know, that means im stuck on a 2-year contract. Instead of her getting it online, which would have been much easier and way cheaper, and everyone would have been satisfied, she got it a different way and now im stuck with this little phone that i hate.lol..But if anyone knows where i can get an unlocked phone or has a cingular phone they dont use anymore, i would be very greatful.. Im looking for something like a RAZR or SLVR. so i can take pictures AND be able 2 record things.. THANK U FOR READING. YABOI.. KALAN
