Awhile back I speculated that Nichole Richie might be pregnant. And, most people just didn't believe me. Well, guess what everyone, she is pregnant! And, as everyone knows, she may also end up in jail for drunk driving charges. So what do you think about pregnant Nichole ending up in jail. Do you think it's right? Do you think a judge should wait until her baby is born?

Drunk driving is very serious for it does not only put the driver in danger but also innocent people. Drunk driver should be put in jail right after they are found guilty no matter what. If she is pregnant and drunk driving too, the more she must be put in jail to protect the baby inside her.

Pregnant or not she broke the law do the tiem other mothers give birth there why can't she might be a wake call to others.
