What is your favorite Dream Theater CD?

Images and Words is my favourite Dream theater album. It allows me to be enveloped inside the music and enjoy it thoroughly. There is no better album in my opinion.

That's a hard one to nail down. I wrote an article on Associated Content about my favorite top 10 songs by them, its under Jeff Rogers. I also write for a website called Rough Edge.com, read my reviews there. I would have to say that "Images And Words" really kicked it off for me, I saw their video and I was hooked from the first guitar riff. I love the roots of a band, if they aren't strong enough to keep my attention I won't even bother picking the fruit from the success tree.

I like Scenes from a memory! Train of Thought is also one of my favourites!

I think scenes from a memory is the best concept album they have ever made...but i think that as a lot of kind of music and a lot of this kind of bands so long age, that everyone has their own period... for example i think the first 3 albums are my favourite but also that the last one is great musically speaking.. you understand i love dream theater???ahah byee

Falling into Infinity is my favorite, it's so easy and so perfect. Also Six Degrees is very good

I got a few favorite albums, like Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence, and Awake (which I love the song Scarred off of). My least favorite, like many others, is Falling Into Infinity.

I don't know. I like DT, but what's funny is that the album I'd probably consider my favorite doesn't really sound much like Dream Theater lol. I think I like When Dream and Day Unite, their first album, the most, even though they had a different singer and an altogether different sound than everything else they've done.

Hey man.. You can never tell what's the best album of Dream Theater. It's album has its own great songs...But I think Scenes from a memory it's the most popular album of them.
