Well Cristiano Ronaldo sure a lot of skills, but if you know anything about the game you would know that skills don't win a game.
What does win the game is teamwork, determination.
And there is no team superior to Liverpool FC in terms of teamwork and determination.
And they have the best footballer in the world to guide them in their endevours.
