Is it possible to fall in love in just one meeting?

What I mean here is different from love at first sight in some geniune sense. If one does not have a look to kill or a figure to flaunt about or lets say just a average looker, can you or a person fall in love with him or her in just one meeting,i.e talk about each other, well of course, after introducing to each other? If it is so, then what quality(s) attract you to the other person.
