mac book?two operating systems?

i have a question, does mac books can have 2 operating systems, like the other system is Apple and the other one is Microsoft. is it possible?

Yes, you can.
There are two programs you can use to run Windows inside a Mac. One is Boot Camp and the other is Parallels Workstation. The latter is still in beta and has a free 30 days trial, but it seems to be easier to use compared to Bootcamp. You might want to check out this site for more details:
