i brush my teeth 3 times a day after meal.

At least twice a day, but most days 3 times. I don't have any cavities (I'm 34) and I'd like to keep it that way. Another question. . .how often do you floss your teeth? I'm guilty of not doing that very often even though it is just as important.

i brush my teeth at least 3 times a day. but when i am very busy with my work and really don't have time to do it, i brush at least twice a day.
