What can I create with left over macaroni & cheese

I had Kraft Macaroni and cheese a couple of days ago, and I hate to waste the leftover. I know I can warm it up in the microwave and eat it, but I would like to jazz it up a little bit. What can I do to make it more appetizing?

How about cooking up some ground beef and making it like a hamburger helper meal? I have done this before and my kids really like it.

I dislike boxed macaroni and cheese the first time around so reheated leftovers have got to be awful. I always add salsa to mine the first time around to mask the powdered cheese taste, so you could try that.

Add cooked broccoli and/or cauliflower and ham or bacon to it, along with enough milk or water to make it a little soupy, mix it thoroughly and microwave it. Yummy one dish meal!

You can add meat to it when you re-heat it. The kids like hot dogs cut up in it. I prefer ham cubes. I've even added the macaroni & cheese to browned ground beef. When I reheat it I always add a little milk so it won't be too dry. You can also top it with shredded cheese. Different kinds of cheese give it a different taste. Try adding pepperoni slices and top with mozerella cheese.

Love your ideas. I still have it in my refrigerator. I am working 8 hours today so I am going to add pepperoni slices with the motzerella cheese today.

Hi there. You can always fry up some mince your favourite sauce to it, eg; garlic and tomato pasta sauce, line a baking dish with the mince n sauce mix, spread the macoroni over it and add grated cheese of your choice to cover the top of this dish, bake or grill at 150c until cheese is golden brown... Good luck

if you like hotdogs you could cut a couple to add with it.
