I wonder why do ppl place a price of 9.99 , why they don't make it a perfect 10?
Does this attracts u more? Do u rally letch at that penny that u might end up saving by buying that stuff, hehe ??

I feel that it is just a marketing strategy adopted by those selling it. They are just targetting the human psychology as the humans will have a feeling that the price was in 9 rather than 10. Now you can see that there is a difference of 1 bucks psychologically.

I agree with you here. I've actually had someone tell me a particular thing was only $9 as if it was a good deal but in reality it was 9.99. I think it make people feel better that it was still in the nine dollar range even if it's 1 penny from being $10.

I know why don't they just say 10.00? I know it doesn't attract me more just give me a staight up price.
