My teenage daughter has become a vegetarian. Does anyone have some good recipes that I can cook & freeze? My thought is it would be nice to make serving size portions that she can pull out of the freezer.

Stir-fried dishes are always nice, and pretty easy. Just mix a bunch of vegetables, soy-sauce and tofu squares (if she likes them) in a pan, add some other spices you might have on hand, garlic, and ginger, mainly. cook rice and freeze either together or seperately for her. Easy!
