I'd take care of everything I need (bills, housing, etc), then take care of everyone I know who needs help and finally I'd donate. The remaining money, I'd invest.

I would pay my bills off. Get a car, since I don't have one. Start my own business or join my friends' business on real estate or both. Then invest with it. If I have some additional money remaining for the hell of it, I'll go to the casino and try to hit it big. :)
