Streaks on your windows? How do you eliminate them?

I've just spent an hour washing some windows in my home and low and behold...stepping away after double washing them with bio-kleen ( an environmentally safe product that I've used for years) I see streaks on them...now since I know this product alone isn't the culprit..let me ask you what you use and what you wipe them down with..paper towels? newspaper? a cloth? I need some advice as I don't want to put this much work into "streaky clean window" ...I want squeaky clean!!!

My husband does the windows here. He always uses newspaper. When he cleans windows or the windows in our vehicle there is never a streak! He swears that it's the newspaper.

My mother always used vinegar in water, and scrunched up newspaper, and she had the cleanest, streak-free windows in the street. I still do it the same way. It's a lot cheaper than buying any "window cleaning" products!

Wash your windows with vinegar in water. Then wipe down with a paper towel. Streak free, and very environmentally friendly.
