Story Rejected on Helium

I posted my second short story on helium, but it was rejected. I don't know why, but there reason is very unclear. It says:
"This Article Title was rejected for the following reason: Creative Writing"
That makes no sense to me. I did the exact same thing to post my first short story and there were no problems. Anyone know why this one was rejected? Thanks

Don't feel bad, my stories were rejected too...I think one has to clarify what the article or story is....also it could be length --if it was a very long short story, they might not publish it--I had tried to get that Civil war story there...and that WAS rather long

Actually I figured out what was wrong with it. I just mistyped the title. I fixed it and they activated it! :) yay!

That's usually how it goes. If the title matches someone elses' or is spelled wrong, they could deny publishing it.

I have personally never tried submitting anything on Helium yet even though I am a member there. I have had problems though submitting stuff to AC and getting about the same problem there though. Maybe you just need to rewrite it some, and resubmit?

I didn't need to rewrite it :) The story was fine, I just messed up on the title. I noticed my mistake before I had to ask Helium about it. I put the title of my story after "Short Story:" when it should have said...Short Story: Horror. :) Manual error! hehe
