How do you make yourself feel better when you feel like your worthless?

Im having one of those days, where i feel like life possibly cant get any worse at the moment. What do you do when you feel in the slumps? For me, when i feel this way i usually like to get a makeover to perk me up. Whats your solution?

I also use music to lift my spirits. Turn on the radio or my IPod and dance around the house. If I'm feeling really low I will force myself to make a list of all the good things in my life. I was told once to keep a "cheer me up" file. I put funny pictures, letters from my kids, magazine articles, etc. anything that makes me laugh or cheer up. If all that fails I will splurge and get a massage.

I usually try to journal and try to get out of the house a bit. It's very difficult some days because I feel that nothing can go right. I just have to keep reminding myself that tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow has to be better. That helps me get through the moment. I also like to take a hot bubbly vanilla bath. That seems to cheer up my spirits as well.

music..datz d best way..music ...coffee and ciggarates are d things that get me back to my feet after a tough day..dey jus put me in diff illusionary world where lyf is much much better than it has ever been here.!!

Here lies the relations, you maintians, helps you out. When we feel we are worthless, ofcouse, everyone will get this situation in life, At that time we should either recollect the things we made fruitful, succeded in life with efforts, or the situations that made yourself to feel proud.. the events which are pending that come to happy with either our efforts or by god grace.... If in case you mind willnot support for this then we have to meet a person who always feels that we are great (every person has a person who says the former is great) let your mind to hear the words that you are great and you have the talent to do things and etc., by this the depression level comes down but not vanishes... Main things to remember is: Patience, Faith & Hope on the target, Belief on God & Time are major things to remember they will always gives you what we want....... Also God knows and keeps that much weight only on the shoulders of the person that he can hold....
