Very impressive! I've mastered writing and reading the English language but few others. In our country we don't have a real need to diversify language skills as most outsiders are encouraged to conform to the English language. In fact it's a requirement for citizenship. However many jobs pay more for knowledge of the Spanish language. Perhaps that is something I will try next.

I'm fluent in English and Swedish, speak very little Spanish and extremly little Japanese. I would want to be able to speak basic Japanese and Russian, atleast enough so I could travel in those countries and make myself understood in their native languages.

English s the most famous bcoz there should be any one language which every person can talk and interact with the world.just think...u are an arabian and u visit india, neither can the indians understand arabic nor will this arabian understand hindi. so,there must be a common language to interact with one another....so why not english? some of the languages which i knew are:- English(which is compulsory in todays life) hindi(my mother tongue) urdu(my family background language) arabic(my religon's language)

My mother tongue is English. I do know some Yiddish and Hebrew. And I have taken a couple of years of French. I find that it is one of the hardest subjects to learn, I have an easier time in math even.
