It is really very important to exercise our body for some time a day. It is good for our health and keeps our mind in vigor. But I am a lazy person doing exercise. I spend most of the time on the Internet, mainly on mylot. I think that I should stand up for some exercise. Thanks for sharing, friend.

Thanks for your br to mine. It is quite true that I will be more active in mind and more productive in starting new and responding to discussions. I will always remember to put theory into practice. A good health is partly based on proper exercise. A good and active mind is on the basis of having a good health. Thanks, my friend.

I definitely agree with you.Body needs exercise not only for those who are above 40 but also for children and youth. It definitely adds extra strength and keeps fit.

I exercise in my own way. I do house chores, cooking, washing the dishes, hanging up the clothes, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, making up the bed, etc.. etc... all of that contributes to my physical exercise.
