Do you think experience in any field is an extract of suffering?

Or is it a retrospect knowledge or it is prolonged acquisition of skills?

Experience is not an extract of suffering, but fruits of sincere labour and which will be an asset to any humans and no body can steal this.

I think it's a mix of all that you have mentioned above. The percentage of each may vary from person to person. Like for me its the extract of suffering that i have had or my near ones had. This I am talking of personal thing, a more intrinsic matter. However, in case of any technical skill it would be the knowledge, skill and decication. So it varies from person to person and is different for different fields. Thanks.
