Are you taken away by flattery?

I turn from flattery. It not only makes me uncomfortable I also see it as a form of lieing and manipulation. I think it is a sin to cater to flattery as both the giver and accepter.

I truly believe in flattery and I cannot understand whether people use flattery to take advantage/help from me.

Yeah, I agree to it. I used to believe flatteries before, and I was foolish to have believed them in the first place. I was naive once upon a time before, but now I know how to distinguish between what is the truth or not. Now it seems that a flattery is just a nuisance if it is repeated so many times. I would start wondering what is the motive behind all these flatterers! Lol... have a nice day, pal.

I must admit, I don't like being flattered, I'm always suspicious of why people are like this towards you.. Certainly people who don't often flatter you. I do have some friends around me who always are nice and that's fine. I always feel awkward, when people flatter you and I suppose what you say is true!

I personally thinks that it is always nice to be honest. Flatterers can always be present but I do not intend to be one. I just want to give my compliment to those who deserve it. And I am willing to receive criticisms positively. That the type of person I am. God bless!
