who can help me shape my tummy??

Hi people...I just wanna ask how to resist eating because it really affects my tummy a lot..I looked like pregnant..can I ask for any advice???or any opinions..thanks a lot!!!God bless you...

You may have to exercise for 30 minutes a day and some dieting. 1. Standup straight, raise your hand slowly, stay for 1 minute and slowly bend the body to touch the toes without folding at knee joint. Stay in that position for 1 minute. In the beginning you may not be able to touch the toes, but after a few days practice, you will be able to touch and try to do this with little speed. Secondly, you avoid eating fat foods, oily foods. Try to go for brisk walk for 30 minutes. If you do this for months, may be you get trimmed and should not stop it, but continue for ever.

That is also my problem. My waistline is already in 30 unlike before it was 24. I now eat a lot. I don't know how will i turn it back to that measurement. Im lazy. It really takes discipline. Oh, gosshhh.. im in trouble.

Yeah!your right, discipline is the most important. When you know how to discipline yourself you can really have a waistline of 24 down..ahehehe
